To run the business, effectively there is in urgent need of management executives who are familiar with human resources management practices. This programme is designed to train qualified professionals on human resources management. It focuses on human resources management systems, labour laws and regulations, compensation and benefits and human resources strategies.

Entry Requirements

•  Completed Bachelor Degree (BCS) in Human Resources or equivalent education or

•  Relevant work experience

•  Reasonable command of spoken and written English

 

Programme Structure
The programme lasts about seven months. It consists of seven modules including a management report. The whole programme must be conducted in two consecutive levels.

Programme Learning Outcomes

The programme focuses on practicality and each module is conducted by experienced senior executive who has tremendous hands-on experience in human resources works and training.
