The programme designed

•  To enhance the managerial capacities of hospital administrators for the effective management of their organizations.

•  To train the candidate in various methods of administration of hospitals.

•  To develop better systems for effective delivery of healthcare in hospitals.

•  To train the candidate in understanding the concepts of organizational behavior and human resource management.

•  To provide the necessary skills and knowledge for practical orientation and implementation of strategies with relation to modern hospitals.

Entry Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor Degree (BCS) in Business or Medicine or equivalent education or

  • Relevant work experience

  • Reasonable command of spoken and written English

Programme Structure
The programme is taught over one academic year consisting of two twelve week teaching semesters including lectures and tutorials.
